We are a 501c3 non-profit created in 2019 and operate through a volunteer board. All of our projects are funded by Wyoming grants, local donations, and private Wyoming business sponsorships. We are not affiliated with the city of Casper or city council. All of our wall spaces are donated by private business owners and do not require public permits unless a public walkway needs to be blocked during a mural installation. After the installation process the mural is in a private contract with the wall owner, our association and the artist. Supplies including paints are either donated by private businesses or are paid for by the artist through the payment we provide to them. Donors and sponsors are provided with any required tax IDs to any donors. Wall sponsors are identified on wall plaques (currently being made) or in some cases, on the wall itself.
